Shipping Information and Instructions for
Receiving Freight Deliveries.
Orders are processed on every business day and orders received by 11:00 am eastern time will ship on the same day so you
can expect to receive your order in the quickest time possible. Expedited
shipping is also available on small package shipping as well as large freight
deliveries. Do NOT sign for items that have NOT been inspected for accuracy or
damages. If there is a problem with the delivery you must make a note on the
Proof of Delivery form or POD. Once the POD is signed, legal property transfer
has taken place and you will own the shipment and remove ALL of our company and
the freight carrier's liability by giving them a legal document stating ALL
ITEMS RECEIVED IN GOOD CONDITION AS NOTED. This is true even if the signature is
from someone else that received the delivery on your behalf. If you do not agree
that ALL ITEMS RECEIVED IN GOOD CONDITION, then you MUST make a note explaining
the shortage or damage prior to signing. If an item is severely damaged and you
do not want it, simply reject the delivery of the damaged item and note REJECTED
on the POD. Please contact us as soon as possible if there is an issue with the
delivery so we can get you taken care of right away. No damaged item returns
will be allowed on items that were signed for and/or accepted and/or received in
any way. If you were sent the wrong item/s, do not open or unpack the item/s and
we will correct the problem at NO cost to you. You must inspect your order upon
delivery and notify us of any incorrect items with-in 3 days.
Refunds, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Returns are accepted when the following criteria has been met. Do not open or unpack the
item/s. Please check part numbers prior to unpacking. Damaged item returns are
only accepted when shipping instruction are followed.
Exchanges - If you have purchased an item/s in error and need an exchange,
do not open or unpack the item/s. Notify us of any incorrect items with-in 14
days. We will honor exchanges without a handling fee with-in the 14 day period.
The maximum exchange period is 14 days. All actual shipping charges will be your
responsibility.
Refunds - If you have purchased an item/s in error and want a refund, do
not open or unpack the item/s. Notify us with-in 14 days. Refunds will be
honored with-in the 14 day period. All actual shipping charges will be your
responsibility. Handling charges will apply in this case to cover the actual
costs of processing.
Cancellations - If you have purchased an item/s in error and want to
cancel, notify us immediately by phone or if after business hours by email.
Cancellations will be honored free of charge only prior to processing the
shipment of your item/s. Once processed but prior to shipment, there will be a
$10.00 fee for small package shipments and/or a $35.00 fee for freight
shipments. Once the order has been given to the shipping company all actual
shipping charges to get the item back to us will be your responsibility.
No exceptions to the following: All items must be returned in their original un-opened un-damaged
re-sellable condition. Correct shipping practices are highly recommended. Any
returned item that is not in un-opened, un-damaged, re-sellable condition will
be rejected at your expense. To avoid any unnecessary shipping and handling
charges, please do not make a purchase unless you truly need it and intend on
keeping it. If you are unsure please ask questions first.
Simplified Version:
You do not pay for our mistakes in any way and
we do not pay for your mistakes in any way including selling fees, processing
costs, actual shipping costs, packaging expense, item depreciation, or lowered
re-sale value. Once an item/s is opened returns are not allowed. The
manufacturer’s warranty will cover your item/s for all qualified installations.
Warranty Information:
All customers will receive a full warranty on
applications that have sizing & installations completed 100% by a licensed &
certified technician that follows all local building codes and laws.
Documentation is required. Warranty coverage is limited to the USA only. Required
documents include installer’s EPA certification number, installer’s state
license number, installation receipt, and a copy of the local building permit
issued for installation. The product manufacturer, JMR Max LLC, HACY HVAC Supply
or affiliates, shall in NO event be liable for incidental or consequential
damages, including but NOT limited to extra utility expenses or damages to
property. The product manufacturer, JMR Max LLC, HACY HVAC Supply or affiliates
are not responsible for any of the following: 1. Damage or repairs required as a
consequence of faulty installation or application. 2. Damage as a result of
floods, fires, winds, lightning, accidents, corrosive atmosphere or other
conditions beyond our control. 3. Use of components or accessories not
compatible with this unit. 4. Products installed outside the United States. 5.
Normal maintenance as described in the installation and operating manual, such
as cleaning of the coils, filter cleaning and/or replacement and lubrication. 6.
Parts not supplied or designated by the product manufacturer, JMR Max LLC, HACY
HVAC Supply or affiliates. 7. Damage or repairs required as a result of any
improper use, maintenance, operation or servicing. 8. Failure to start due to
interruption and/or inadequate electrical service. 9. Any damage caused by
frozen or broken water pipes in the event of equipment failure. 10. Changes in
the appearance of the unit that does not affect its performance.
